Hi, I'm Janeth — a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) with years of hands-on experience helping Austin-area families keep their children safe on the road.

My journey started at a local fire department as an outreach coordinator. First responders were seeing far too many preventable crashes where children were not properly restrained. Determined to make a real difference, I became a certified CPST and created a community initiative that provided free car seats and safety education to families who needed them most.

That work led me to the Kids in Cars program at Dell Children's Medical Center (Ascension Seton), where I served as program coordinator. There I performed hundreds of car seat checks, earned specialized training for children with special needs, led Safe Kids CPST certification trainings, collaborated with TxDOT on regional check events across Central Texas, and shared safety messages through PSAs on FOX 7 Austin. My service covered Bastrop, Caldwell, Hays, Travis, and Williamson counties.
